I firmly believe that meal planning is saving me *SO* much money on groceries. I am managing to not buy a lot of useless groceries that will go to waste. I am able to stock up my pantry using coupons and sales and plan meals based on my stockpile! I highly recommend that you give it a try for at least a month and see how you do.
