I was needing something to put my notebook on while I was taking notes and reading the chapters in my class, so I was so excited to find that wooden placemat marked down so much. It will get much use this summer! That is a great price, but if you purchase $10, you get 2 RR, if you purchase $25, you get 6 RR. Once you buy them, you can submit the receipt for this rebate!

I will be getting 6 boxes of refills for what 2 normally run when not on sale! How great is that?

Even if you don't have a Walgreens near you, buying the refills and submitting the rebate will still save you some money if you normally use the products, which we do.Rita Whttp://www.blogger.com/profile/05759909046927353348noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3484620384844686198.post-79231934409573701862009-05-04T22:51:00.002-05:002009-05-04T22:56:11.902-05:00Meal Plan MondayMeal Plan Monday:

We are trying to eat better so here goes:
Monday: leftovers!
Tuesday: hamburgers with all the fixings, oven fries (we use a very low fat ground beef and whole wheat bun)
Wednesday: grilled steak, baked potato, steamed broccoli
Thursday: soup and sandwich
Friday: pita pizza, salad
Saturday: (Astros game) hopefully we can find something healthy!

Lunches will be sandwiches and baked chips
Snacks: granola bars, grapes, apples, popcornRita Whttp://www.blogger.com/profile/05759909046927353348noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3484620384844686198.post-52852852777357545032009-04-30T10:34:00.001-05:002009-04-30T10:35:44.104-05:00Sorry for the lack of posts this week. It has been a tough week for us.Rita Whttp://www.blogger.com/profile/05759909046927353348noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3484620384844686198.post-5027142356498598732009-04-30T10:25:00.005-05:002009-04-30T10:33:57.923-05:00CVS 4/29I had a great surprise at CVS yesterday. We went to pick up Jason's medicine and I found some Adidas deodorant on clearance for $1.25. I had a 1.00 MC, so I decided to purchse one. I guess it must be a monthly ECB deal because it gave me 2 ECBs back! I found two more coupons and bought 2 more to max out on the deal! So 3 deodorants at $1.25 each, minus 3.00 in MC is .75 OOP, earned 6 ECBs! Awesome! I used the first 2 ECBs to buy the 2 additional ones, plus a bottle of Fructis mousse. The 2 deodorants plus the mousse was .50 OOP and I have 6 ECBs left for next week!

What a great trip! I was very unhappy about the lack of $1 Bandaids, but this made up for it!Rita Whttp://www.blogger.com/profile/05759909046927353348noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3484620384844686198.post-59224076994153885372009-04-24T06:40:00.005-05:002009-04-24T06:54:36.517-05:00Kroger TripWe have decided to start eating better, so I have been trying to use my coupons and knowledge to buy healthier options!
